My Approach to Ozonated Animal Care

I am driven by a conviction: it is possible to create products that are both effective, more respectful of living beings, and more consistent in their composition.

A Journey Stemming from Natural Cosmetics

My journey first began in the world of human cosmetics, particularly during the creation of Laboratoires de Biarritz. This foundational experience allowed me to realize two essential realities:
on the one hand, the immense complexity of many modern cosmetic preparations; on the other, the deep commitment one can have to develop healthier products, more respectful of humans and the environment.

Why I Turned to Animal Care

Then life led me down a completely different path.
The death of my husband, co-founder of Laboratoires de Biarritz, profoundly disrupted my personal and professional trajectory. This break marked the beginning of a new stage and gradually led me to the world of animal care. You can also view my LinkedIn profile.

Delving into this sector, I discovered a reality that caught my attention: in animal treatments, compositions were often even more problematic than in human cosmetics. Little regulation, sometimes low-quality active ingredients, many aggressive preparations or very far from current expectations regarding naturalness and respect for living beings.

I then began to develop a fairly classic initial range.
But it was necessary to go further. To offer something else. To find a truly differentiating, coherent, and practically useful approach.

The Discovery of Ozonated Oils

It was through encounters, extensive reading, and nearly two years of research and development that I discovered the full benefit of ozonated oils.

Ozone immediately resonated with my vision of care:
an active ingredient that is both simple, natural in its approach, and extremely effective.

What particularly interested me was also the history of ozone. Its sanitizing properties have been known for a very long time and it was notably used as early as World War I to limit wound infections in soldiers. Today, ozonated oils make it possible to benefit from this approach in a stable, modern form adapted to daily care.

Expertise Built in the Field

Over time, expertise was built with animals and their owners.
Many complex cases, sometimes considered "without a solution," have enriched this experience. By gathering a large number of very different situations — skin problems, mud fever, degraded hooves, thrush, difficult wounds, or chronic conditions — I gradually built a true knowledge base and developed increasingly precise protocols.

This is what defines the DNA of my work today: a deeply personalized approach.

I strongly believe in the importance of adapting protocols to each case. Observing, understanding the context, refining approaches, and supporting owners are an integral part of my process.

Each formulation is designed around a specific need derived from the field.
The goal has never been to multiply ingredients, but on the contrary, to create simple, coherent, and truly useful products.
